It's always sad when someone needs palliative care, but this allowed our father to spend his last days at home without pain. The team here is absolutely wonderful, helpful, and kind! A special thank you goes to Ms. Radtke, who always rushed to help my father – you're all amazing!!!

We, Claudia Wimmler's two sisters, felt that you, Ms. Hayer, were an angel in human form. Finally, someone came who provided our sister with sufficient pain medication and with whom we knew we were no longer alone in our great distress. It was incredible for us that someone came so quickly after our call and took care of everything. Ms. Hayer's sensitive and empathetic nature cannot be praised enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you. It should also be mentioned that the palliative care team members who answered the phone were equally sensitive and understanding. It was also comforting that the first letter of condolence after our sister's passing was delivered by Ms. Hayer on behalf of this team. Thank you so much for that as well.

We want to say THANK YOU. You are such wonderful people, warm and always there for us. You supported us during our mother's final days. Which wasn't easy for us as a family. But with your support, so much was easier and more bearable. Whether it was answering questions or simply ensuring the patient's well-being, you were always there. There should be many more people like you who do their job with so much love and dedication. A special thank you goes to Ms. Braun and Ms. Müller-Duda. Thank you for your support and trust. It's not easy to write a review here. Every compliment and every word of gratitude seems insufficient for what the Pict team did for us and our seriously ill grandmother. They were there for us with help and advice in every situation, at any time of day or week. They alleviated many of our fears and provided quick, professional, and simply excellent support in the most difficult situations. Our special thanks go to our guardian angel, Ms. Wingbermühle, but her colleagues also did an absolutely outstanding job. A huge thank you!
