Thank you for your professionalism, empathy, and kindness during such a difficult time for our family. From front desk service to Jorge’s help with the paperwork & explaining steps to follow thoroughly. Jorge was very patient explaining everything and making sure we could reach out if we had follow up questions. Rae was exceptional arranging service and providing empathy, care, and overall careful presence leaving no question unanswered. Losing our father has been incredibly hard, but we’re so grateful for the compassion and support we received from the whole team. They made a process we feared would be overwhelming feel gentle and manageable, and treated our father and family with such respect. We truly appreciate everything they did to honor our father. Our experience was great. Karla was very helpful and very pleasant. We really liked her. She was knowledgeable with all our questions. She did have a few problems with the computer and it took longer than expected but we didn't have any other place to go so it was okay. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dealing with the loss of a loved one is stressful and painful all on its own. Raeanne was so patient, caring, and responsive to all my needs. She walked me through each task and answered all my questions. Each team member was very helpful, thoughtful and respectful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to make funeral or cremation plans for a loved one.

A few of my loved ones are buried at Greenwood Memorial, including my beautiful Mom. Her and my Dad are finally there together. I also want to thank our funeral arranger, Rae Ceselli and our family service advisor, Jorge Mendoza, for going over and beyond our expectations!

Julian the Superintendent and Pablo At Greenwood Cemetery in Phoenix , AZ were AMAZING today!! I was having trouble trying to clean the headstone for my daughters Fathers Grave it had soooo much corrosion on it and they literally scraped the whole entire thing and it looks a million times better!!! Mind you it’s 115 degrees outside!!! I wanted to give them money for cleaning it and they both refused it more than a couple times!! It’s very hard for me coming here to visit. I do it for my daughter. They just made me feel so much better helping me today…. I literally wanted to cry. Thank you Pablo and Julian!! You guys are AMAZING!!! Thank you for taking the time to help me and my daughter today. You put a smile on her face seeing her father’s grave cleaned up!
