My Husband bought me flowers for our Anniversary on Thursday.....They were looking pretty until I touched them!! Within 2 days the roses were falling apart, the Lilly opened that day and died the next day!!! All the greenery started falling apart on the 3rd day! The only flowers that lasted ( kind of) were 3 sunflowers!! I always looked forward to Flowers on my Anniversary and these Flowers made me sad.. Also my husband had told me that the woman that took care of him Was not very friendly VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS FLORIST!!

With an elderly mom living in a facility in Oro Valley, and various friends and relatives living nearby, we have used Casa Adobes many, many times. Each experience has been stellar: gorgeous, premium flowers and unique, beautiful arrangements that have merited very happy reactions from all who have been recipients. I know I can depend on Casa Adobes, and while you could probably find cheaper alternatives, you will definitely not be able to find a more dependable, premium floral provider who knocks the ball out of the park every single time. I also love that I earn points for discounts on future orders, as I am a frequent flyer. You cannot go wrong, and you will not regret your decision to call them. When you are sending flowers, you want them to be special and they will be if you use this florist.

If i could put a zero review. I would. I have been a long client and spend hundreds of dollars and I first time calling due to a very unprofessional look of expensive flowers. I called to get it remade and or half refunded. I been a long client. And how to make it right. Sarah was Extremely unprofessional. They never asked how we can make it right and or seem empathetic especially for a birthday . Its like it came off. Shut up and deal with it. And i even emailed the flowers to show . And she was very rude and I would Strongly say spend money else where . Any business should show customer service and understanding. especially for loyal client. They will never get my business back. Id rather spend 250 elsewhere even if its expensive. If customer service is nice. Anyone on here let me know where to go ! Becuase this is zero customer service
