It felt good to speak out my issues with guidance to understanding.

I appreciate my counselor, Jackie. She has truly helped me to understand that I am not alone in my anxieties and guided me through a treatment plan that I look forward to implement. She is compassionate, relatable, and knowledgeable; characteristics that I value very much.

If I could give them zero stars I would or -10 as their customer service and assistance with any issue leaves a lot to be desired !!I accidentally scheduled an appointment the next day, so I immediately reached out to them To let them know that they wouldn’t be able to assist me at all despite their advertisement because I can’t even prescribe my medication and I was told that I would charge $135. I said I have never use your services and I reached out to you immediately after scheduling it. I was told that I would have to call the provider that it was scheduled with to see if they would refund it which is completely ridiculous and lazy way to pass the buck!! I’m going to report it as fraud because it is fraud and they are fraudulent so don’t even use this company. They’re very unprofessional and is a money Racket

Poor customer service relationship. Appointed got cancelled by the facility due to no insurance coverage. When in fact our insurance policy did provide mental health coverage with an open access plan. The facility did not CALL us yet notified us via email and text the day prior to the week long scheduled appointment. What happened to companies picking up the phone to call patients. People work and some companies do not allow employees use of of personal devices for email or texting use. Furthermore, Thriveworks does not provide direct office phone number(s) for patients to speak to a representative at the dedicated clinic...all calls are rerouted to a out-of- state home based location. Very frustrating business plan and model from this organization!!!

I have never left a review before but this has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. You get 48 hours before your appointment to cancel it at no charge, which is what I did, and then I still got charged a $135 cancellation fee when I cancelled over 48 hours before my appointment. I spent hours on the phone with the billing department trying to get my money back. They told me it was my counselor, Lance Pritchard, who decide to keep my money. For someone who is paid to help people's mental health improve, he has only made mine worse. Please go anywhere else.
