Flowers and the Moon

You are missing out if you don’t try this shop! I requested an arrangement for a dear friend over the phone and they created a gorgeous arrangement! Just what I envisioned! I will definitely use their services in the future.

When I take myself out on a date…I go here. Usually walking away with tapered beeswax candles, a plant or a vintage book carefully wrapped in beautiful tissue paper. Today it was candles and a small high-quality watercolor set for creekside shenanigans. My fave, however, was the book-eating cat.

This is such a lovely store. If you love plants, books, art, and antiques, you have to visit. They also have tea! The store is aesthetically pleasing and also has an adorable, friendly store cat. We left with two antique china cats and a fantastic watercolor set. The employee working at the time was very helpful and kind (blonde haired--so sorry I didn't catch her name!).

My all time favorite shop in Manitou. We will make the drive just to check out new inventory and seasonal store displays. The owner is always sweet and the store kitty is precious. Additionally, they carry a local artist who makes the most whimsical clay statues. A must stop if you are in Manitou!

We had a wonderful time stopping in this store. Picked up a beautiful anatomy book and got to hang out with a floofy shop cat. We had a great conversation with the owner who's just an amazing person all around.
