Ronald McDonald House Charities of Memphis

Housed myself & my son from 04/2021 - 05/2021 and make us feel right at home. We enjoyed the fitness room & the cafeteria for our meals!

My grandson and I stayed at the Ronald McDonald house on Feb 17-feb18 they were very friendly kind to us the young man that checked us in was very polite and helpful , it was still a very comforting home for the few days we were there and the food was so delicious thank you for your loving kindness Ronald McDonald house of Memphis love always - Linda &Zaine

Ronald McDonald House Memphis was our home for over a 4 month stay in 2024, a 6 week stay in 2025, and other shorter term stays in between. As our son continues his treatment at St. Jude we always hope and even request Ronald McDonald House. Siblings and family are welcome and encouraged. Every staff worker is family while we stay. They make every effort to alleviate any burdens or barriers if they can. Melissa, Brent, Farrah, and so many others are such a light during such difficult times. The facilities are always clean. We love the community kitchens, pantry, and family meal options. During different times of treatment and stays our needs and comfort for those options and items were met and exceeded.

Such a great place. Granddaughter and alternating family caregivers stayed Jan through March 2025 and again in July. Great place. Clean, people are so accommodating and nice. They have shuttle service to get to and from St. Jude’s. Beds are very comfortable.

We stayed here two nights while visiting a dear friend of ours that is a patient at St. Jude’s. This place was phenomenal. I was so impressed. The room reminded me of a hotel room and was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The playground outside was perfect for our girls and the bike path was great. This is a facility I would definitely recommend supporting. All the staff were kind as well. We felt safe here.
