Beautifully put together for my long distance bestie! Asked if they could keep the pastel palette and mainly used pink & whites and they did great!

First time ordering flowers and I couldn’t be happier! The selection was great, the prices were great, the delivery was great. 10’s across the board. Will be using their service again! Thanks for making my husbands bday extra special!

I ordered the "Bright Before Your Eyes" arrangement for my granddaughter who was having a rough patch at school. Although I was online preparing my order, I called them. Arrangements don't always end up like what's shown on the website. It really depends on what they have in stock. Also, I wanted to make sure that they deliver on-campus to student resident halls. I spoke with Andrea who did tell me that they would have to make subsitutions for the arrangement that I wanted. She talked to the florist and reassured me that they would ensure that the colors that I wanted in the substitution flowers will be included. The arrangement was delivered early, shortly after noontime. I got a real-time confirmation email. My granddaugher was not only surprised but super happy. She sent me a pic. The arrangement delivered looked better than what's shown on their website. The colors that I'd asked for were included. See attached pics. Excellent customer service! Excellent arrangement!

We ordered a basket for my mother-in-law and we are not local so we took a chance haha. But ordering online was super easy, delivery happened on schedule (despite Valentines Day) and the basket was lovely!

Excellent & patient customer service, beautiful arrangement with the cutest add on llama stuffed animal, & very prompt (local) same day delivery! I ordered these for my best friend’s birthday today. She LOVED it! The lil llama is for her baby. :’)
