I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was referred by a friend to this company and I am so glad she did. My grandmother's hospice company is closing their doors and when I inquired I got a call back within minutes. They came out the next day and did the assessment and had everything set up in one day. They have been amazing with getting everything moved over including the equipment. Everyone has been so wonderful and have made the change effortless on my end. All of the people who are working with my grandmother are amazing, compassionate and helpful. They are concnered with not just my grandmothers care but also her quality of life. They are working to find ways to make her last days more comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone who is needing Hospice for their loved one.

EVERYONE involved with the Hospice care my mother received was pleasant, polite, professional and very caring!! Their staff (from delivery folks that brought all of the equipment she needed to the nurses and tech that visited her at her apartment) was incredible!! Instead of being poked and prodded by multiple ER visits, she was able to stay in her own bed and they came to her for everything. We couldn’t believe we were lucky enough to have such a knowledgeable and caring team to take care of my mother in her final days and hours!! Everything ran smoothly and they were quick to get her anything she needed including supplies, medications, equipment, food supplements, etc. I hope I have a team like this when I need it. Do NOT hesitate to use them - they are really great!!

My mom was put on Hospice in 2021 and we went through 2 other companies before being referred to United Hospice. United hospice took amazing care of my mother. Teresa called me immediately when she saw that my mom was transitioning, I live out of state so she was the reason I was able to spend as much time as I could with my mom before she passed. The memory care facility she was in never notified me. I’m so thankful for the care she received from United Hospice especially from Teresa. She was so caring, helpful and just an amazing person. I highly recommend United Hospice.

I engaged United Hospice when my 93 year old mother in Phoenix was being recommended comfort care after a short but difficult illness. Starting with the initial engagement with Jodi, the United team engaged with us quickly and provided exemplary support and care for my mother in her own Independent living apartment. the extended team including Michelle, Brandon, Zyrine, Gina and Joshua were amazing and made my mother's "beautiful death" a reality. In particular, the connection and passionate approach of Brandon was the turning point that allowed my mother to let go and trust the hospice process.
