My father passed away and so thankful he replanned decades ago to have plots for our family at Hawaiian Memorial Cemetery; their representative Ed helped us tremendously to make sure the whole program from start to finish went smoothly; MAHALO NUI LOA FROM OUR ENTIRE OHANA!!

At 78 years young, I’ve learned two things: coffee helps, and memory likes to take little vacations! This beautiful Kaneohe morning on a Monday, I visited Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery and had the pleasure of being helped by a wonderful young gentleman named Danjiro. I was trying to find my parents’ graveside, and with my memory deciding to play hide-and-seek, I needed a little extra help. Danjiro was so kind, patient, and respectful. He helped me locate my parents’ resting place without making me feel rushed or embarrassed. It meant more to me than words can say. It’s not every day you meet someone with such genuine aloha and compassion. He turned what could have been a stressful morning into a peaceful and meaningful visit. I highly recommend asking for Danjiro if you ever need assistance at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery. He truly made my visit special. Mahalo nui loa! — Linda Kapiko

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion we received during such a difficult time. From the very beginning, Cheyne was professional, understanding, and incredibly supportive. She guided us through every step with patience and kindness, making a painful process feel a little more manageable. Every detail was handled with respect and dignity, and it was clear that she truly care about the families she serve. The experience is like a nightmare. I purchased a burial plan for my parents 9 year ago. When I need the plan to bury my dad, I was told that I owe them additional $4950 for 2nd interment right. Luckily, I kept the email conversation with their salesman to confirm the full payment. Then, they promise to send me a corrected contract & I haven't received it so far. I ended up paying more money & got less service, even without paying the additional. Burial plan costs over $10K 9 years ago, plus burial service fee & casket over $11K. Their best funeral plan cost $18K today. Go figure. In summary, don't ever buy a prepaid plan! Hawaiian memorial funeral services is no good!
