I had individual counseling with Janeth and she was amazing. She knew how to help me process and change personal habits and traits that were holding me back. I learned how to set healthy boundaries and what to look for in healthy relationships. My relationship with myself and family improved every session and in return there is peace and harmony in my home. Janeth taught me personalized coping skills and healthy ways to process thoughts and emotions. Overall, I am extremely grateful for the positive outcome this brought to my life. My girlfriend and I just had our first couples therapy session and I was blown away with their services. Not only did they get us in last minute via zoom; our counselor Chuck was absolutely amazing. He was very easy to talk to, down to earth, great sense of humor, listened to everything we had to say and gave us solid useful advice. I’d highly recommend 2ove1 for any counseling services.
