Honestly, I don't know how these folks do it! Their kindness, thoughtfulness, and care seem to have no bounds. And that applies to both the care they provided my dying sister as well as the family. My sister's passing was not an easy one, yet they stood right there with us explaining what to expect, holding our hands while we were scared to death ourselves. Truly, if you want to find angels on this earth go to a hospice house. Thank you, thank you, thank you and may God bless each and every one of you!

Great staff cared for my husband the last 10 days of his life. They were kind and took great care of him. They are not super humans but really close to it. They have a very difficult job knowing they will lose patients day after day.

Well, where do I start… HOSPICE home care was wonderful for me. When they discharge me, I cried because the care that they gave me at home was wonderful. The Aid that took care of me was absolutely wonderful, her name Is Ms. Elaine. I look forward to her visits, always smiling and always ready to do. Whatever needed to be done and whatever I ask her to do. My nurse., Nick and Amy were wonderful also. A musical therapist was absolutely great. I really enjoy visits from Neil my Chaplain… He was soft-spoken and always ready to listen. I will miss Kevin my music therapist plus the intern Myles. Whatever type of genre I wanted to hear and he didn’t have it. He would actually go home. Listen to a song. I’ll be ready on this next visit. My experience with HOSPICE was wonderful. Oh, I can’t forget Mary Louise. My social worker was absolutely wonderful.

I highly recommend Big Bend Hospice, their customer service is second to none, the quality of caring is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Thank You ALL!

I really can't say enough for how wonderful big bend hospice was while caring for my father in law, he was placed in their care on 9/16/25 and unfortunately passed away on 9/19/25 due to his illness, from the moment they took over care from the doctors memorial hospital in Perry, Fl they did not disappoint. They were absolutely amazing starting with Brenda our admission Rn to Emily the music therapist who has the most beautiful voice to the most beautiful Navy blanket and veteran memorial service done by Derrick Sykes, to the animal therapy, and Holly the RN assigned to us all the way to the Reverend Gary that came and offered a beautiful bedside prayer for us all. ❤️ everyone that we talked to or encountered in this short period of time really made this process so much easier. If I could give 20 Stars I would. God bless each individual and thank you for showing the compassion to our family during this difficult time. I have been in Healthcare for 20+ years and dealt with different hospices, but the big bend went above and beyond anyone I've ever dealt with. ❤️ Laura Johnston Vero Beach, FL
