When I was given the sad news...my heart was stricken with so much grief and the pain I was experiencing was almost unbearable. Because I was out of state in NC I had noone to ask that could help me with recommendations. When I called Miramar Memorial I had this strong conviction that God had to have led me to Charles Bailey. He was so incredibly caring and compassionate and gave me right away a feeling of calmness ,reassurance and trust.He took me step by step on everything that needed to take place.I can not recommend Miramar Memorial enough to anyone that has lost a loved one and wants their loved one to be cared for in the most respectful and sensitive way.Thank you Charles Bailey and your entire team at Miramar.

Miramar made everything so simple and easy throughout the whole process. They took care of everything from the beginning to the end. They were on top of everything answered every question before you even had to ask. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to assist through this process than them.

My grandpa past. He made prearrangements but going through everything was hard for my mom. Charles took excellent care of us and took special care of my grandpa. After the first time meeting him my mom was able to breathe knowing Charles was taking care of grandpa and everything else (with us of course). We could have not done it without you. My brother died in CA and I was lucky enough to have a friend there that told me about Miramar and Charles. I was able to make all the arrangements from NY online with Charles sending all the documents. Charles was very kind patient and understanding.
