Ci siamo.sposati ad agosto 2022. Tralasciando i ragazzi che c'erano quel giorno che sicuramente sono stati seri e professionali, non possiamo dire lo stesso di Karen e Sebastian. Se, e dico se, rispondono lo fanno per messaggio. Per telefono devi davvero essere insistente, per poi essere trattata anche con arroganza. Ovviamente quando devono essere loro ad avere sono cordialissimi, email, chiamate..ma quando tu, oltrepassato il limite da contratto , richiedi ciò che ti spetta e ciò che hai pagato, allora iniziano a non rispondere, a non 3ssere in studio. Mi dispiace molto, perché sanno intortarti molto bene con la loro gentilezza iniziale. In ogni caso, abbiamo.ricevuto il nostro materiale superati i 90 giorni e dopo aver chiamato molteplici volte, ma mi dispiace. Le 3941 foto che ci hanno consegnato, tutto sono tranne che postprodotte. Sono vergognosi per la cifra che chiedono. Ho letto.di chi ha dovuto anche chiamare i carabinieri.. personalmente noi non siamo arrivati a tanto, ma a un molteplice numero di chiamate , email e messaggi si! Per quello.che chiedono, ce ne sono mille meglio! Almeno per la serietà , che a loro manca.

I'm sad to read the reviews and see these scammers still going strong. I've been waiting for the albums since 2019... in 3 years, the only thing I've managed to get is a measly USB stick!

Absolutely unreliable, they don't deliver the requested material on time, and we're not talking about a small delay, but almost a year just to get the auditions. I'd like to add that, like many others like me, they paid when requested, and in addition to not answering the phone, they don't even respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. This is approaching a real scam. We just want to get our material, which is due to us and for which we've already paid. I got married in September 2021 and signed my contract with the people in Bologna.

We got married on August 7, 2021 at Villa Labor, and unfortunately, we turned to these scammers! The website "matrimonio.com" provides proof of the following... Personally, they did not meet our expectations on a unique and unrepeatable day! 2,000 shots without post-production; in fact, mine included feet, elbows, people, or objects obstructing the couple, amateurish photo editing, and poorly adjusted lighting! Delivery took more than 120 days, when the contract guaranteed delivery within 90 days. When I asked for clarification, etc., they disappeared without ever responding to thousands of emails and calls! The work done on my wedding was truly amateurish, and I truly do not recommend it to anyone! The icing on the cake: zero photos with relatives and parents! On such an important day! Truly a total disappointment! And that day cannot be repeated, so what should have been a beautiful memory for the future was completely ruined! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

I turned to their Bologna studio for my wedding and was extremely satisfied, so when some of my friends from Romagna asked me who took the photos, I couldn't help but mention Foto Bouquet. They are exceptional photographers, and what I appreciated most was their "wedding reportage" style, which means they're never intrusive or overbearing. They practically disappear into the crowd yet manage to deliver incredible results. The video is also fantastic, with the drone shots adding that extra touch. The final highlight is the price: we'd expect a higher price from a more established studio, but we were pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended.
