Unfortunately, this was both my first and last experience with this service.
Although the order was placed two days in advance and the bouquet was scheduled to be delivered to my friend on her birthday at a specific time in the morning, the service did not meet the agreed standards.
I was promised that I would receive a photo via Instagram before delivery. Despite sending a reminder message early in the morning, I received no response, and no photo was sent as agreed.
After the scheduled delivery time had passed, I called three times to ask why the delivery had not taken place as arranged. Only then did I receive a photo via Instagram, without any explanation or apology for the delay.
In addition, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I will personally not do business with them again.

For clarity, when placing my order, I clearly requested delivery in the early morning, no later than 10:00, and explained that this was important because I had a lunch meeting with my friend at 12:00 and wanted her to receive the bouquet in the morning as a surprise. This was communicated directly to the staff member who took my order and I was very clear about this. In addition, during my three phone calls to the shop to seek clarification, I was treated in a rude and disrespectful manner. This lack of professionalism was particularly disappointing and should also be addressed.
My intention in leaving a review was not to create conflict, but to share my experience honestly and highlight the importance of clear communication and respecting agreed delivery times. I hope this explanation helps provide a more complete and accurate picture of the situation and that in the future, basic information such as delivery times and timely responses to clients will be handled more carefully.

A beautiful shopping experience! It was open on Sunday, and we got to select our own flowers for the bouquets. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and did an amazing job making our flowers picks arranged in the most professional way.
