Cary Estate Planning cares about you as an individual, they give you one-on-one consultations and answer all your questions thoroughly. They explain everything so we non- financial people totally understand everything. They explain why a trust or a will is a better option for you and why. I strongly recommend Cary Estate Planning for everyone and have all ready referred people to them. You definitely need Cary Estate Planning to make your end of life choices and take the burden off you for trying to figure out how to do a will or trust on your own. The best part is they are always available to answer any and all questions you may have now or in the future and it's free to ask questions and even make changes in your will or trust. I strongly recommend them to everyone, as we all need to have either a will or trust to prevent going through probate!

Cary Estate Planning has completed an absolutely outstanding job regarding our wills and our daughter's finances. They have been meticulous in their details down to the commas and periods. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for new documents or renewed documents to ensure their own piece of mind.

Just a wonderful all around experience. The attorney took in account everything we said. He make sure all the points we had concerns with explained to us and what we needed to do to make everything ok. The notary and the 2 girls with her just really sweet and made they made sure everything was in order. I highly recommend.

Very thorough analysis and explanation of the estate planning process, which has benefits for tax savings and much simpler end-of-life planning. Executed to perfection, your satisfaction and your advantage. The costs will be recovered by our heirs right after.
We are very pleased with the results from our 2025 income tax return preparation completed here for our first year.

I worked with this firm previously when they prepared my mother’s estate planning documents, and that part of the experience was OK though interactions with Paul Yokabitus felt short and both my mother and myself often left feeling condescended to and that we were wasting his time. However, after my mom's passing, I have reached out on a couple occasions to seek additional help with trust administration, which I have no problem paying for to retain services. Every interaction had me feeling like I was inconveniencing them. I felt very little support at all. Last year, they did connect me with Steven Lundberg who has since left to start his own firm. He was extremely helpful and reassuring. He encouraged me to reach back out after the trust-owned home was sold for future assistance. When I recently reached out after the sale of this home to ask about this next-step guidance and get a consultation, the follow-up process was disappointing. I left a message and someone assured me I would get a call back, after a month I still had not. I called again and similarly left a message for what I needed assistance with. My phone call was returned via an email from Rebecca, who just asked again what I wanted. When I explained again, this would be the 3rd time now with the reason for me reaching out, I was sent another email instead of a phone call. Further, the tone of the email came across as dismissive. Here's a quote, "Please note that our firm's prior engagement was limited to your mother’s estate planning and did not include trust administration, probate, tax, investment, or bankruptcy matters. Therefore, we are unable to provide specific guidance or advice on those topics. If you wish to engage our firm for trust administration services, please let me know. I can speak with an attorney regarding the next steps and potential engagement." I literally have expressed 3 times now that I was seeking consultation for administration services. I wasn’t looking for free legal advice, only direction on engaging the firm for paid trust administration support and help for a situation that my mother and I didn't anticipate. Based on these experiences, I will be seeking to retain a different firm. I'd advise everyone to consider picking a firm that cares about you and your family for the long haul instead of your money for drawing up some documents and sending you on your way. Just drawing up wills and trusts are only the beginning. Once your loved one passes away, you will need further support understanding these complex issues. You shouldn't be made to feel like you're wasting anyone's time by trying to do right by your deceased loved one who went through this whole legal process to ensure you're taken care of.
