When we arrive at the organization's door, they don't allow us to enter. We tell them we want an interview appointment, and they tell us there are no available appointments. This has happened to us several times I also registered with them for accommodation two years ago and had many follow-ups, and then the dark-skinned employee told me that there was a two-bedroom apartment that would be handed over to me. When I arrived on the day scheduled to receive the apartment key, the same employee surprised me and said, "I'm sorry, there is no apartment."

Your north Slope apartments have your apartments listed at 3 different prices.... may wanna figure your stuff out because you are misleading people with that.. and stop using the catholic charities name. You guys are using the name of good for bad, cant ever get in contact with you guys and the way you have your properties being rann is absolutely terrible

I'm so confused by this building / non-profit. They own this apartment complex and rent it out? Or they are just the one little office in the basement that you cannot even enter EVER?! They are crochety, overwhelmed, and seemingly just at clueless as I am as to what they're doing there. They NEVER have funds for anyone, especially white single women with child(ren)! They will find you a bus ticket and hopefully a pamphlet about something ... ANYTHING that might remotely be on the same wavelength as the topic of your assistance your seeking. Even if it's on the opposite side. Anyways... What do they do here?

Working with the immigration services, I had John Herrera as my lawyer. I was so excited to work with him as I had heard such great things on how fast he was at getting the process started for residency. Unfortunately, it took 3 years and thousands of dollars for my case to never go anywhere but under a stack of papers on his desk. My wife and I would call and never be able to actually talk to him, he would always put his assistant on the phone. The times that myself or my wife were able to talk to him, he was always very short and rude. Telling me to not get anymore tattoos as it can slow the process of my papers, or to not go to another lawyer because nobody would help me and that pretty much I wasn’t getting my papers. At the times we worked with him I worked and my wife wasn’t, she asked SEVERAL times if she needed to work or get off any assistance she might of been on and he said NO EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! 3 years later, we were at the same place we started at, we decided to leave and get a new lawyer who actually worked for us. I am now a citizen and happier then ever. John, you should find another job.
