I am very disappointed with the lack of communication. I called to check the status, only to be asked for the same information twice on two separate occasions, which should have already been handled. This unnecessary repetition and delay are unacceptable, and it has caused me a great deal of frustration.

During one of the hardest times in my life, this funeral home treated me and my family with incredible compassion and care. From the very beginning, the staff made me feel supported and respected, guiding me through each step with patience and understanding. Andres, in particular, was absolutely wonderful, he treated me as though I were part of his own family, offering comfort and kindness when I needed it most. His genuine warmth and professionalism truly made a difference, and I will always be grateful. I highly recommend this funeral home to anyone seeking not only excellent service, but also heartfelt support during such difficult times.

My father passed on July 18th. They picked him up same day and next day I received the invoice. I was impressed they were that quick. That's the only thing they are good at. For the past few weeks (its September 30th now) I have been calling and emailing regarding an update on death certificate and his remains and no return emails or calls. Had emailed them a question a week after my dad passed and never got a return email. Unfortunately the last couple of years I have had several family members pass. My dad was the 2nd this year and this place by far is the worst ever. They are the slowest which I knew going in but I had no idea they would ghost me. When they won't return calls or emails it makes me feel that they are hiding something. They need to do better or get out of this industry. I am in tears here thinking I haven't done right by my dad. This is deplorable.

I am reading the reviews and I am almost afraid that they not give me my mother’s remains and end up with someone else’s remains. This is horrifying the not knowing part. I don’t know why it would take so long to get any kind of status. The same happened when my father passed but I thought maybe because of Covid the time would be about right. Now years later the same issue and no calls returned. This is the second time I call.

I had my son's service there on February the 27th. After my daughter and I made the preparations with Mr. Falcon we had the best conversation! Not only was it affordable but they are the nicest people and you feel comfortable and welcomed. They did not grandstand like most funeral homes do at times like this but they were there if you needed any help! The service was simple which suited my son just fine because that's the kind of person he was. I would recommend this funeral home to anyone.Thank you again Mr. Falcon and family!
