I waited a month to post this because I have been grieving. We, unfortunately were given Brian as our director. Brian didn’t do a single thing correctly. We almost had to have a closed casket because the body was so poorly done. You could tell he wanted to make the most amount of money with the least effort. Never again Platts!!!

Platts handled my mother’s funeral so wonderfully. Everything was done in such a dignified way. Every detail was tended to. Additionally, the funeral home itself is so beautiful. Losing my beautiful mother was hard. I’m so glad Platts was there. I have so many good things to say. And afterward, they contacted me multiple times to offer me grief support. They deeply care. I’m grateful to them.

I cannot thank Platt's funeral home enough for all of their assistance and resources during a difficult time of losing a loved one. You feel so overwhelmed trying to just process the loss so having them answer all my questions and give me resources and guidance on what to do from the memorial service to programs to cremation services was so helpful. Having prearrangements with Platts was a huge relief when the time came to plan my husbands funeral after his sudden and unexpected death. Cindy, our funeral director met with us quickly as we wanted to have everything thing happen before Christmas. The staff was cooperative and sympathetic at such a sad time. Everything of the day went smoothly and we were pleased with how my husband was presented. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to preplan, when you aren’t in the emotion state of the moment.
