Village Greenery And Flowers

We had the absolute best experience here! I ordered a floral arrangement delivery for my parents’ 50th anniversary. I wanted something special for such a special occasion, but I was concerned about flowers that would be safe for my parents’ cat. Mr. Olmquist was very knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I wanted. The flowers were delivered on time and they were absolutely perfect!! My parents and I were so impressed! We will be using them for all our future floral needs. High recommend!

What I ordered versus what was delivered. When you send flowers, you’re putting a LOT of trust in your florist to deliver an arrangement that is accurate to the photo since you do not get to see the arrangement in person before it gets delivered. I paid $135 because I added a tip to be nice on top of the $20 delivery fee. I feel COMPLETELY ripped off. I have ordered delivery from here previously and absolutely loved what they did and what was delivered, but I was completely scammed this time and will not trust them again unless they care to make it right. This is so embarrassing and looks like I spent $20 at Kroger. The quality has clearly gone far downhill, I would avoid at all costs and seek elsewhere for your special occasions.

This is the second time that I ordered flowers for my mother‘s birthday from Village Greenery. Since she lives in Houston and I live in Massachusetts, I had to trust the creativity and quality control of the florists on site. I also had to trust that the arrangement would be delivered on time. I’m happy to report that my mother loved her flowers! The shop did a great job coming up with a beautiful design, and they delivered the flowers when they told me they would. The person I spoke with was also lovely and helpful. I would most definitely recommend using Village Greenery if you need to send flowers in Houston!

Very easy to work with and patient. I requested an orchid(not white) in clear glass. When she told me it had veining I was hesitant so Joan offered to text me a photo and it was lovely! Full of new buds too. Delivered same afternoon.

We were so thrilled to find Village Greenery & Flowers near Rice Village last week. Family from Australia had a disastrous experience with an online florist in “Houston” - flowers were ordered and sent to the Texas Children’s Hospital for a family member having a baby - that arrangement was sent by FedEx without any care and arrived hot and dead. This basket of absolutely beautiful fresh flowers sure made up for it!! Now we have a reliable, high quality local florist to call on when we need future arrangements for our family in Houston.
