My husband and I are writing this review to make a great recommendation for the Law Firm of Gierach & Gierach, P.A at Winter Park. Both Mr. John Gierach and Yvette Albin are very well informed and knowledgeable on the different aspects of estate legal expertise. Thank you for your professional well service and your friendly staffs especially to Ms. Yvette.!! :)

Do not use this attorney for drafting of will or anything related to estate planning. They told my dad to remove us from his accounts as beneficiaries and now want to charge us $4,000 to go through probate and the courts to get access to his accounts. My dad didn’t have a lot of money and he was taken advantage of. Again…DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!!
