We had a 20 year old simple will that we thought only needed a couple changes. After our first visit at Aspen Legacy Planning we knew it was not a very good will. Stephen helped us to organize a will that covered all the bases of our complicated family. He and his staff were excellent help. They patiently guided us through all our options, went over what matters to us. Pro's and Con's of wills vs trusts. Entertained all our myriad questions and provided concise actionable items and thoughtful relatable answers. The staff genuinely cares and makes sure we end up with what we need without trying to steer us into things that we didn't. As a bonus they are able to help with updates and even brought to light some things we have never thought about, or things that we needed to think about. (auto titles for example) Happy to report that this is one new year's resolution that we were able to keep for once!
