I starting seeing Mechele as my Provider. She listened to me and asked a lot of questions. I appreciate how thorough she is. I would recommend her if you’re looking for a new Provider!!

I am a patient of Kate and I have been through therapy many, many times in my life but have never had a therapist like Kate. I clicked with her right away and feel so comfortable with her and I have been able to tell her things I have never told anyone. She is so caring and really really listens. I am so glad I found the best therapist I have ever had in my life. I feel blessed and very very lucky because it is hard to tell someone you don't trust your stuff but with Kate I trusted her almost immediately. She really is amazing and thriveworks is awesome 👌

Korrie is a thoughtful and caring therapist who truly listens. She creates a safe, supportive space where I feel heard and understood, and I always leave our sessions feeling more grounded and encouraged. I’m really grateful for her guidance.

This company was extremely disappointing to deal with. We drove all the way from Riverview for our child’s second appointment, only for the provider to never show up. We ended up wasting nearly two hours of our time for nothing. To make matters worse, we were charged $400 for a single session where the provider essentially just played a few board games with my child and did not provide any meaningful therapy or evaluation. Another major issue was that we were told ahead of time that they were in-network with our insurance, which turned out to be completely false. That misinformation created unnecessary financial stress and frustration. What makes this even more frustrating is that the company charges $140 if a parent misses an appointment, yet when the provider failed to show up for our scheduled visit, there was no accountability or consideration given for the time we lost driving there. At the very least, the prior session should have been written off given the provider’s no-show. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and misleading. Between the missed appointment, the lack of actual therapy provided, and the incorrect insurance information, this place was a complete waste of our time and money. If you are looking for therapy services for your child, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. We have since had a much better experience with Family First Therapy in Lutz, which has been far more professional and supportive for children.

We were seeking a virtual option for our kiddos. Met twice with a gentleman for our son and the first meeting was very promising, the second felt a bit disjointed but even amidst that I went forward with setting up an appointment for our daughter due to the convenience of the virtual option. However we fell ill and everyone around us was being diagnosed with the flu so I called to cancel. While trying to cancel that appointment, I spent 45 minutes trying to elaborate as to why we needed to cancel while they tried to get me to commit to other appointments and set up additional accounts although I was terribly sick then charged a hefty 135.00 fee. I have since spent days trying to get that fee reversed well again listening to these reps trying to sell more appointments and waste more of my time while not refunding the fee. Very poor customer service I would stay away from this organization.
