My wife and I were recently referred to Rebecca Sanders, PLC by our financial advisor. Our purpose was to create a trust so that our total assets would be protected and distributed to our children and others in the event of our death(s). We also wanted to update our medical power of attorney and living wills since they were old and outdated. The process seemed daunting as we had accumulated a fair amount of wealth and assets. In addition, we each have 3 children from prior marriages, along with others that we wanted to grant gifts to. During our first visit with Rebecca, she kindly explained all of the options for us to take home and discuss in regard to creating the trust and the additional documents we were concerned about. After a few days, we still had more questions so we scheduled a follow up visit to get clarification on a couple of the matters that Rebecca had discussed. After some additional discussion, my wife and I decided on what options we felt the most comfortable with and scheduled another visit with Rebecca so that she could start putting the documents together. Rebecca quickly created each of the documents and met with us again to make sure we totally understood exactly what we had created. We were totally satisfied with our experience with Rebecca. First, she was very knowledgeable and experienced. This helped us to feel confident in making what we knew were the the right decisions. In addition, she was very patient with us as we were not familiar with the documents or the language that we needed to secure our financial security and ensure that we had all of the right healthcare documents in place for our protection. Rebecca did an outstanding job of of creating all of the documents we needed and with a great deal of patience, knowledge and expertise.

I just had the most amazing experience working with Rebecca to set up my family trust. I scheduled with her simply knowing I wanted to make things as easy for my family as possible when I pass (and also to make sure they could easily access the money without having to go to court or have a bunch of it disappear in taxes etc...).
