Very disappointing customer service, I needed an arrangement for a funeral, the associate received all the information and said he was with someone and would get back to me shortly well, he never did. I called and texted several messages with no response. He could’ve just said that he couldn’t do it and I would’ve called someone else. I called Belle’s Flowers and their service was outstanding. They were able to make the arrangement beautifully and just in time for the funeral thankfully. Funny because I actually called them first and no one answered however they called me back and asked if they could help, God worked it out!

This florist shop was great very fast and easy to order flowers for a loved one. The gentleman Joe was very helpful and was so nice . If you decide to order don't hesitate. Thank you Floresteria 11.

Called in from Virginia to order a funeral arrangement to be delivered on the same day. I gave them a description of what I wanted and my budget, and they created a beautiful arrangement at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with their work.

I placed my order from Florida because, I was unable to attend my aunt's funeral services. My Spanish is something to be desired, they spoke English so it was easier. They're so kind and understanding, took their time so that I can order my aunt's flowers for her services. ✨️💖✨️ I would absolutely recommend them, they're based near Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico, and they are bilingual Socorro Giulbe Rest in Eternal Peace forever in your debt you surely gained your angels wings 🪽 ✨️
