I've seen Donna and she is a caring and kind therapist. Thankfully, Donna helps with pointing me back to faith, and has challenged me to grow in several areas of my life. I feel that she truly cares for my future, and I'm working hard to apply all I've learned into daily practice. If you need someone to talk to, don't hesitate, just reach out and let these people help you! It's okay to need support, we all do!

Jen has been my rock during a very tough time. It's hard for me to open up to anyone due to my own trust issues. She has gone above and beyond by being my advocate. Over time she helped me gain perspective about myself and others. I appreciate all she's done and continues to do. Also, her office was great about letting me know about my insurance benefits. She always let me know about what to expect before submitting and I never had any surprises even through insurance changes. I highly recommend Jen to anyone. She's the best out there.

I was told that my insurance would cover the majority of my session. 14 dollars for a session. 2 weeks later I got a call saying I owed over 130 plus 75 for the day I cancelled when my uncle passed away. Apparently they didn’t check to see if I had a deductible. I understand that I signed paperwork stating that I will pay if I owe money, but it was stated with certainty that my payment was 14 dollars and if I thought there was any uncertainty or someone said to me that there is a chance it would be more then I would have checked myself. I also understand that there was probably some paperwork stating that there is a 75$ cancellation fee however I did have a family member pass so I would expect a bit more understanding from a therapists office. The girl on the phone did say she could try and waive the 75$ fee after they told me I owed 140 for the first session. Also the therapist was nice but she tried to relate her own life to my issues a bit too much which I did not find helpful. If you are paying 140 per session for someone to listen to you then every second counts and I’d rather not waste it listening to how someone else’s life somehow relates to mine. That’s what friends are for.

I would highly reccomend Lisa Cramer. When I first met her I was in a toxic space and felt directionless. She did not judge my situation that I felt shameful about, and she listened with an unbiased ear. She was so good at not pushing me to do something she thought I should do, she really helped me find my own path and remained objective. She is also not one to waste your time, and by that I mean when the time came and I was succeeding in my wellbeing, changed my environment from toxic to healthy, and hit my therapy goals she suggested that I didn't need therapy anymore but of course left it open to where I didn't feel I couldn't come back for help. She gave me an environment where I felt safe to talk and that helped me immensely.
