My first appointment with C.S. Scarcella & Associates was an excellent and very positive experience. It was time for me to redo my old "Living Trust”. I found Chris Scarcella to be both super knowledgeable and a very nice person. In this first meeting I never felt rushed or pressured. Chris took his time to answer my questions in a very understandable way. Going back the second time to sign my Living Trust was also very positive. In this second appointment Chris went through everything and again took his time to explain. Visually my Living Trust was housed in an impressive bound note book that also explained everything. I would genuinely recommend anyone to Chris Scarcella and Associates and would rate my experience 10 out of 10.

We have been using Chris Scarcella since 2014. Chris created our Living Trust, Will and Health Care Directive I think most people feel that preparing for a Living Trust is time consuming and tedious. But Chris makes it seamless by giving you a worksheet to fill out, then goes over it with you and prepares your Living Trust. He then presents it to you in a nice bound notebook with table of contents and goes over each one. I have referred friends and family. He actually did my fathers trust too. All have been happy with him. Any questions my wife and I have had were easily and quickly answered by him. We recently revised our Living Trust. Once agian he sat down with us, explained everything and made us feel comfortable with our changes. Our 1 hour meeting turned into 2 1/2 hours as we sat and talked like old friends. His paralegal Tracy was a very nice and professional and took care of all the notary needs. Chris has many great qualities, he is a man of integrity, he is professional, Honest, Kind Hearted, Trustworthy, Humble and Soft Spoken. My wife and I give him a 10+ and you will too!!
