I thought I got scammed. I ordered flowers one morning and didn’t do a thorough enough search. I ended up ordering through a super scammy company that charged hidden fees and has nothing but red flag reviews online. I cancelled my order, frustrated that I might have been scammed. I didn’t know they commissioned a local florist and underpaid her. So she was stuck with this bouquet and a cancelled payment. She delivered the flowers anyway. Had a friend in Austria order a small bouquet of flowers for us. He speaks little English. First, the bouquet was beautiful and well put together. Kelly took the time to write the attached card in German, which was what our friend requested. Kelly was also very kind and briefly chatted with us at delivery.
