I would put zero stars if I could. The lack of accountability and response from this facility is ridiculous. They literally do not know how to use a phone. They sent me paperwork, on a work day, that had to be completed within 5 hours or my daughter's appt would be canceled. We had been waiting 8 weeks for the appt. Didn't see the email, because I WAS WORKING. Then they tried to gaslight me by email into believing I'd missed multiple emails. I missed 2 emails at 8am on a Monday and that lead them to canceling our child's appt 5 hours later. A MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY. No phone call, nothing.

They actually do not have appts for OCD at the macklind location- or maybe if you wait 6 months. The zoom appt was ok, but they didn't see fit to coordinate with our counselor for almost 2 months and when they finally called her they had the nerve to bill me for the call. Unprofessional.

It’s affordable. That’s the good part. Dr. Flanery who is a leader is a cynic and has gotten way too jaded to be useful or helpful to the patient and will actively negate their concerns and not in a way that’s challenging and effective. The most useful people are the students they ask to sit in with you because they aren’t jaded and over it and in it for the transaction. I get it’s a hard job and I’m sympathetic to a point. You’re not helping people with that attitude and way of addressing it. Do better. Maybe invest in what made you want to do this. I get it’s hard. It’s the hard you chose.

Again, my prescription for Lisdexamphetamine 70mg is available at a different Walgreens location. I asked that Dr Grewal submit a new prescription as this was an emergency because im out due to other Walgreens not having it in stock. I made it so easy for them. Still nothing. I asked for a refill on Dextroamphetamine which I take later..crickets. I don't understand how this is quality care as Grewal is notorious for not thinking about patients and having a "i know better than you because im a doctor." She lacks empathy in all ways . I would never refer anyone i know ( and im in the field) to this organization.

Was seeing Dr Applewhite, but the practice did not alert myself or any other patient to her leave of absence for months they just canceled appointments with no explanation. Then 6 months later they finally sent a letter telling us to see another provider through them, but oh all of those providers have a 6 month waitlist. And asking for any refills until you can get a new provider was out of the question. Such poor management that is genuinely dangerous.
