Jae went above and beyond, even coming to my home to collect clothing for my loved one and personally delivering the ashes afterward. This review is long overdue. Jae and his team have been incredibly supportive and exceptionally patient with both me and my family. During such a difficult time, Jae made the entire process as seamless as possible, staying in constant communication and always being easily reachable whenever I had questions.

When my aunt passed away in Atlanta, we held a memorial service there and then had another service and burial in New York. Since I live in Long Island and was handling arrangements across two states, I spent a lot of time searching and reading reviews for funeral homes that serviced my area. Haven Funeral Home stood out because of its perfect 5-star rating , and now I completely understand why. From the very beginning, Jae handled everything in New York with professionalism, compassion, and care. He was incredibly responsive, proactive, and made sure my aunt had every document needed for her burial. During such a difficult time, that level of support meant everything. There was never any pressure to purchase additional items or services, which I truly appreciated. Jae also followed up with me to check in and make sure everything was okay and offered sincere condolences, which showed genuine care beyond just business. One of my biggest concerns was that my aunt had to be transported from Atlanta to New York, and I worried that she would not look the same. Jae reassured me that he would make any adjustments necessary, and he kept his word. That brought me a tremendous amount of comfort. On the day of the funeral, he also had three team members with him who were equally compassionate, patient, and helpful. Every interaction felt personal and sincere. Planning funeral arrangements while grieving is overwhelming, but Haven Funeral Home made an incredibly difficult experience easier for my family. I am deeply grateful for their support and highly recommend them.
