I uaually don't write reviews, however, I felt this one was necessary. Providing service excellance is a responsability that The Garden of Memories should be extremely proud of. From the initial phone call, the staff's professionalism was proven by their patience, genuine concern, and above all else, a flawless service. Every person I interacted with at The Garden of Memories was nothing short of phenominal. MRS. CARRIE BRUNO is an outstanding reflection of The Garden of Memories. Carrie is in the perfect industry because she knows how to speak to people during such a difficult time. She stood with us in our time of grief and confussion & showed my family comfort and compassion. The memorial video was choreographed as if Carrie had known my brother her entire life. The darkest experience of my life turned into a cherished memory & send off for my beloved brother. I would highly recommend their services, and from the bottom of my heart...I am forever thankful for Carrie.

Garden of Memories Funeral Home in Metairie made an incredibly difficult time as simple and peaceful as it could possibly be. We live on the Northshore, and they had someone out to pick up my dad very quickly. The transportation staff were prompt, compassionate, and respectful, and they handled him with such care that it immediately reassured our family. Toni and Patrick met with us the very next day and walked us through every step of the process with patience, kindness, and professionalism. They took care of all the details, including arranging my dad’s veteran flag and having an honor guard present, which meant so much to us and honored his service beautifully. I had forgotten to send over my dad’s favorite music for the visitation, and I handed them a handwritten scrap of paper with song titles. Within 15 minutes, they had all of his favorite music playing. That small act of going above and beyond truly touched our hearts. The facility and grounds were beautiful, clean, and very well kept. Every staff member we encountered was attentive, supportive, and helpful. Even the small things—like the mints that melt in your mouth—brought a bit of comfort in a hard moment. I am deeply grateful to Garden of Memories for their compassion, attention to detail, and the dignity they gave my dad’s visitation, service, and burial. Our experience was absolutely a 15 out of 10!!! Everyone was extremely helpful by guiding our family through such a sad time when we so needed their support and direction. By the time our sister’s service came to an end, the staff were no longer strangers to our family, especially Jordan and Catherine. Thanks to all at Garden of Memories. We appreciate your kindness.

Our experience with the Garden of Memories was unbelievable! All of the staff were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and professional. My family is especially appreciative of Jordan and Catherine. They are amazing individuals. Patrick was also very helpful early on. They all made a difficult time in our lives much more bearable and memorable. Thank you ALL!
