I used Mark to plan my wife's viewing and cremation and he was very caring and compassionate and made sure everything was done correctly. It started when Ryan who was the staff member who came to pick up my wife from the hospice facility after she passed, he was very friendly and professional. When we went to make the arrangements Mark made sure that we had everything that I wanted for my wife. The day of the funeral the whole staff was so caring and compassionate to me and my family and all that came to pay their respects. The way she looked for the viewing was phenomenal considering how sick my wife was. I would definitely recommend McCaffrety to anyone who is in need of services, I am going to pre plan my own funeral through McCaffrety.
