Shotwell was so kind to donate a beautiful bouquet of flowers to a teenager going through a life threatening illness through Make-a-Wish. The first thing the teen saw (and smelled!) when she walked into the Make-a-Wish office was a giant PINK (her favorite color) bouquet and she was so excited to hear it was for her to take home. This donation was above and beyond what was anticipated. If they can do this kind of work for a donation, imagine what they can create for you!

Very easy online ordering, great communication and early delivery prior to a funeral. Very pleased with their service.

Shotwell’s flowers were wonderful for my daughter’s wedding. We just wanted a bridal bouquet and a couple of arrangements. We didn’t want traditional fall colors and Nancy designed just what we wanted. They felt seasonal and unique. They did a beautiful job!

I ordered flowers online for my mom's birthday to have them delivered to her. I thought about it kind of late and didn't order until the morning of her birthday. I was surprised that, at 7:30 in the morning, I was still given the option to have them delivered by noon. I was skeptical that they actually would be able to, so when I received a message that they had been delivered - before noon like ordered I was incredibly impressed! My mom, it turns out, wasn't home so they called her and she ended up stopping in to pick them up, but she was greatly surprised still and the arrangement was beautiful! She loved them! Thanks, Shotwell for making my mom's 75th a beautiful day!

Loved the whole experience with my wedding bouquet! Pretty sure I discovered you’re supposed to have an appointment to do a bridal appointment to just look at flowers and we just walked in. But they made us feel welcome and were extremely helpful, easy to work with, and at a reasonable price. Had issues other places where they wouldn’t even sell us a custom bouquet unless we did a full wedding set with corsages and boutonnières. And on top of a great experience turned out with an absolutely stunning bouquet, better than we had even hoped.
