Sugarman Sinai Memorial Chapel

I’ve written a letter which I have posted to the director. I felt that they care the follow up was absolutely horrendous. I would never use sugar mints again or the person that was in charge of us, unprofessional, slovenly, and appearance. Nothing to write home about my mother‘s casket, was left on these wheels with all the brake show. No, no desire to drape it in anything very unprofessional very very, very disappointing. My in-laws have been buried from there has had many friends and before you all took it over. It was a much much more dignified establishment of what I saw but I’ve heard that this is what this destiny is. It’s really a shame that you are grieving so badly and you have to deal with such in confidence that is my opinion and my opinion only in the way we were handled.

The staff at the Sugarman Funeral Home was excellent, very friendly and professinal. Our Funeral Director, Jackey, did an amazing job, she was helpful, supportive at such a difficult time for our family, and made the entire process very smooth for our family. We want to thank Jackey and the rest of the staff at Sugarman for their great service helping us navigate through this difficult time. Thank you, guys!!

The funeral director Jackie was very sensitive to my needs and provided prompt and services when my husband died unexpectedly. When I left a voicemail at Sugarman she called me back within an hour even though it was shabbat and not during normal business hours. She is kind, warm and accommodating.

Jacquelyn was incredibly professional and helpful in helping our family during a difficult time. She was both knowledgeable and empathetic and was able to assist us with the numerous details involved with this funeral. I would certainly highly recommend the use of this funeral home.

The personal attention and compassion of all staff is exceptional. Jackey, the funeral director, is so kind and devoted to providing the best care she can, it makes a huge difference when going through an already very challenging time. She takes her time with you, she is responsive, and she follows through on everything she says she will do. I am forever grateful to her and the team at Sugarman Sinai for their service.
