Home Church Lathrop

I got invited by cousin she was getting baptized this day. Besides that service was on point. The pastor of this church delivered a good message. I will be back to visit. I see why it's called Home Church, they really do make you feel at home.

I have been attending this church on and off and used to absolutely loved it. So much that I wanted to raise my child in this church. I started attending regularly since December of 2025 and decided to take the next steps in becoming a member. Instead of acceptance and comfort all I got in return was judgement and shame. My membership was denied due to being unmarried with a child. I was met with how my sins are too big to serve this church and the lord. That being said my child was denied dedication and I was denied participation in church activities. All of this was relayed over a brief, unprofessional phone call. I really wish I had a better experience but instead they pushed the idea that I need to be ashamed of my daughter and the choices I made. I will still follow my path with God but not through this church. No one should be made to feel less than or inadequate to serve the lord in any aspect.

Bible based teaching. Love the prayer service where people gather for people in and around San Joaquin county.

Absolutely love this church. Small enough to really get to know fellow worshippers but big enough to get lost if you want to. Small groups are amazing and a great way to meet others. Pastors Eric and Chris are awesome speakers! Come and visit!!

They say first impressions matter and coming through the door we were greeted and smiled at. Once they knew we were there seeking help they gave us $4 and a burrito and wished us the best of luck.but what church or so called christians treat someone in need especially a pregnant woman
