There’s absolutely no reason why this place should be getting government funding to pay some of their rude & VERY unprofessional & uneducated staff. The employee turnover rate is ridiculous there. Among others but the one employee in particular name Ms. Scott who ONLY has the credentials to be a secretary acts as if she’s a warden. She talks down, bullied, & harass the residents who lives there and are on direct home confinement (I’ve witnessed more than a few residents who has complained on her to the director before). She’s even rude & gets on the staff nerves. Her behavior is totally unacceptable. Talking to the director regarding her behavior, demeanor and unprofessionalism gets absolutely no where. She is ego & power tripping hard because she’s been working there for a while and acts like she’s untouchable.

Great place. I shared som preowned good clothing and shoes with them, total appreciation!

I have a very close friend that has to report to this place and they are HORRIBLE. When I found out that this place was supposed to be a FAITH based organization, I was in disbelief!!! My friend suffers from anxiety due to being locked up for a crime that they were not guilty of. My friend goes to counseling for Anxiety. However, they are not coping well due to the constant unnecessary harrassment experienced from this place. You have to go through a process for any appointments, commitments or jobs you get. In spite of following every protocol required for these types of things, they get called and buzzed daily just because these people are so disorganized and not keeping proper records on a consistent basis. And to add insult to injury, you become a target if you say anything regarding any mistakes they make on your file. This is just the grandest show of disregard and does not help anyone reintegrate to any community. These people are supposed to be helping. Instead, they are keeping people in an incarcerated or institutionalized state of mind. This is truly a disgrace.

This is suppose to be a FAITH base organization to help returning citizens integrate back to the community. The staff is very rude and unprofessional.

Be careful around this place. I was just walking down the street and was approached by their security guard asking if I needed something. I said no thank you and then he told me that I couldn't walk down the street because this was a private business. I asked what was going on and he replied this was private business to get out of here. I was shocked at the rudeness of this place. Then I was horrified to see that it was a place of charity and supposedly to help people. I don't write reviews but had to after being treated so rudely because this PRIVATE BUSINESS?
