If I could give zero stars I would. I was charged twice Ive been waiting on a refund for over a month and they keep telling me they will talk to the higher ups but when I call back I'm told it was never sent to the higher ups. Plus the therapist we had wasn't even worth it. She kept telling me how to parent my child when I was there for couples therapy not anything to do with my child. Then told me to go find childcare by asking some random person at dollar general. Just one example of some of the ridiculous things she said to us. Still waiting on my refund btw.

Smelled absolutely awful inside of the small office building. I showed up on time for my appointment but wasn’t seen because I needed to fill out the necessary paperwork. I regrettably tried to fill it out inside despite the awful smell because I was still trying to be seen that day but my counselor left 20 minutes into the appointment despite me being there. After finding this out I tried to leave but the door was locked and I tried escaping the smell of utter rotting flesh that was inside. Just found out they charged me 75$ for the cancellation and that was the only reason why the front desk person had me sit yhere and fill out the forms.

I was skeptical at first, but I believe I was matched with a counselor who meshes well with me. I am looking forward to our next session.

They're still working on getting me an appointment but the operator Avery was amazing. He made me feel heard and he's working hard to find me a therapist that is compatible with my needs. If i could give 20+ stars i would.

My first session with Jessica was wonderful! I was so anxious at first, but she helped me to relax as soon as we began talking. She is so sweet, kind and very professional. I appreciate her with all my heart, and I look forward to meeting with her next week, again.
