We've always enjoyed buying flowers here; the quality has always been excellent, and we have absolutely no complaints about that, hence the two stars.
Three stars deducted for the poor service and the way they treated us on our wedding day.
As the bride, I was rudely informed by phone on the day of our wedding that everything was poorly organized, the tables were set incorrectly, and the waitstaff wasn't there. The seating chart was displayed at the counter, and the tables were set correctly; there was clearly a communication problem.
My husband went to the shop on our wedding day to set the tables himself and wasn't exactly greeted warmly, except by the venue staff who arrived with him.
Separately, my mother-in-law informed me the following day that she was also treated rudely by the employee when she went to pick up the floral decorations for the car. The employee also didn't know how to attach the decorations to the car and couldn't help her.

The highlight, however, was the deliberate triggering of the church alarm just to save time by avoiding contacting the forester. Apparently, their evening and weekend were more important.
Triggering an alarm can be very expensive, but thankfully nothing serious happened.
We also didn't appreciate being informed of the price increase only when we were paying. We would have liked a prior phone call to confirm it was still within our budget, so we could decide whether to accept the increase or cut back. The blunt response, given our bewildered faces, was: "If I were to include the decorations, it would add €300 in labor."
Yes, maybe, BUT that's how it was offered to us.
"If you buy the flowers from me, I'll decorate for you."
Finally, the flowers were good.
The tables were beautifully decorated (I don't know who did it, but the flowers looked lovely).
The floral arrangements for the car were the perfect size, as were the bridal bouquet and the toss bouquet. The colors were all very well coordinated.
Perhaps the florist was simply overwhelmed with the wedding parties she had that weekend, but as the bride, I would have appreciated a more professional approach towards myself, my relatives, and everyone else.
