1 STAR IS TOO MUCH CREDIT. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN AND THE COMPANY NEEDS TO LOSE ALL FUNDING IMMEDIATELY!! NONSTOP DRUG USE, THREATS FROM BOTH CLIENTS AND STAFF, FREQUENT DRUG OVERDOSES AND FIGHTS, AS WELL AS EXTREMELY UNSANITARY CONDITIONS. AND THE STAFF REFUSE TO ADDRESS ANY OF THESE ISSUES. THIS IS NOT A HOMELESS SHELTER OR PLACE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICES. THIS IS A TRAP HOUSE, PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

I recommend not going here it’s not safe here and they kick people out for no reason and on top of that my boyfriend got his wallet stolen

What do you think of a place that builds low income housing for homeless ,and people with disabilities and provides no parking for its residents . People that barely make rent ,buy their meds and food. These people constantly getting tickets because they can't afford to plug meters and in some cases too tired and weak to go back and forth to pay a meter all day.This is a greedy organization with absolutely no brains building low income housing next to the Excel center.

Inadequate competent employees. Allegedly offer homeless individuals options but are not forthcoming on the wait lists and/or red tape required. The opportunities available are based on a favoritism system. Does not have a decent system for helping couples.

These people are very nice. The help is there but you have to want to help yourself. There not going to force you to do anything so if you want to lay around and throw your life away then by all means there going to let you. Me and my girl was there for a month and half and I had a job and found a place to live.
