Our family stayed here for three weeks while our newborn was in the NICU, and we are incredibly grateful for the kindness and support we received. Monica, Heidi, and Sam made us feel truly cared for, bringing joy and comfort to our family!
The facility is clean and welcoming, with great amenities, including a wonderful indoor play area and playground for kids. If you need a place to stay due to a child’s medical needs, I highly recommend reaching out!
For those looking to give back, consider volunteering—whether cooking meals or helping with cleaning, your support makes a real difference! Thank you, Ronald McDonald House, for being a home away from home.

So grateful for these organizations. We are blessed to have to experience the generosity when my granddaughter had open heart surgery surgery in 2012 and again in 2025. Thank you!!! 🙏🏻❤️

I recently stayed at the Ronald McDonald Place while my son was in the NICU, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my disappointment with the level of professionalism and respect I encountered during my stay.
One incident that particularly stood out was an encounter with a night shift worker who treated me with disrespect. Despite having proof of this disrespectful behavior, I was denied an apology or any acknowledgment of the incident. Instead, the director of operators dismissed my concerns and went as far as calling me a liar. This response was not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful during an already challenging time for my family.
As a guest who was open and honest about my concerns, I expected a more empathetic and understanding response from the staff. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and the director's dismissive attitude only added to my discomfort and frustration.
In a place like Ronald McDonald, where families are already dealing with immense stress and worry, it is crucial for the staff to maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion. Regrettably, this was not the case during my stay.
While I appreciate the overall purpose and mission of Ronald McDonald Place, I cannot overlook the unprofessional behavior and lack of support I experienced. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their staff's conduct and response to guest concerns.
In conclusion, my stay at Ronald McDonald Place was marred by an incident of disrespect and an unsatisfactory response from the director of operators. I hope that future guests will have a more positive experience and that the necessary steps are taken to address the unprofessionalism I encountered.

It’s great if you are not a single parent worrying about one child in the NICU and trying to take care of another child at the same time. It was good until the director actually came around then all of a sudden you could see the difference in how they act. I was told “Community living isn’t for everyone” so that is probably why I don’t have anything good to say now. Morning shift were a bunch of liars but night shift was cool. If you don’t have anyone to help you with your other child or children do not come here.
