Every year, one day before my birthday, my husband surprises me by sending me flowers through this company. This year, he was in Dubai for work, but once again they helped make my birthday special with a beautiful flower delivery. Their floral arrangements are always stunning, and this year's bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. For the past 9 years, they have been a part of making my birthdays even more memorable. I truly appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, and reliable delivery service. I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement for my friend’s birthday from Ace Flowers, and it turned out absolutely perfect. The flowers were fresh, beautifully arranged, and exactly what I was hoping for. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Ace flowers complely saved the day on Mothers Day! Honestly I hired another company to deliver my mom some flowers for Mother's day. In one of the photos I've attached you see a side-by-side. This shows what I selected from their (except I chose the "premium" option) website, and the other is what was delivered. As you can see, the 2 are very, very, different. I felt scammed and was pretty bummed out. On top of that, they delivered a day early! Saturday was not a option at all and again not what I paid for. It was important to me that my mother have something nice, or at least something close to what I was trying to send. Scrambling at the last minute at around 7:00 p.m. on a Saturday, which of course is the now the day before Mother's Day, leaving maybe a 12 hour window. I felt pretty hopeless but ended up coming across a wonderful Florist - Ace - that were willing to accept my order, deliver the very next day, and drive completely across town. After the previous bouquet Abomination, my standards weren't high, but I figured it probably couldn't be worse. I was absolutely delighted when my mother sent me the photo of the spectacular arrangement Ace created! I don't have expectations for any bouquet arrangement to be exactly as pictured on websites but hope that it's somewhat close. Ace exceeded that! They couldn't have been more beautiful. The delivery driver was also very nice as well as was the woman on the phone that took the order the night before. The other two photos are of what I ordered (orange square vase) and what was delivered (sitting on the table) and as you can see for yourself, Ace is beyond amazing. I could not recommend them more and won't ever use another florist in Houston ever again. They are now my go-to and if you are on the fence please use this Google review as a testimony to their quality of service and business practices. Thank you so much Ace for saving Mother's Day! I know it sounds like first world problems but there is significance and sentiment behind this order and you made it that much more special.

Amazing local neighborhood flower shop. Created a floral arrangement centerpiece for my spouses milestone birthday. They had the centerpiece delivered to our event allowing me to keep it a surprise until her event. The flowers were all from my recommendations, but arranged to highlight them in the most artistic way possible. Also created a normal floral arrangement to be delivered to her work. Both pieces were more than what I could have anticipated. Communication was phenomenal, and they deliver all over the greater Houston area. Price was amazing, product was amazing, and the people are amazing too. Will only use them moving forward. They earned a life long customer in me.

I’ve ordered from Ace Flowers for the last three funerals. I’ve ordered casket sprays and standing funeral flowers. I must admit every time I’ve ordered from them, they made it easy, and quick. They are extremely professional, and I never have to worry if my arrangements are going to arrive on time. Also, I don’t know where they get their flowers from but they are absolutely gorgeous! They’re always fresh, beautiful, and last a long time. I highly recommend this business!
