The Pillars Hospice Home

Everyone at Beyond Hospice has been so thoughtful, caring and concerned. Through the whole process we were informed and respected for how we wanted the situation to unfold. All of the staff were kind with their time and very concerned on all aspects of my Mom's care. This is not something people go through very often, but if you find yourself in this situation this is the best place to experience an end of life group that truly cares.

This facility left a deeply positive and comforting impression on our family during an incredibly difficult time. My loved one stayed there for about a week before needing to transfer to another facility due to insurance coverage, and even in that short period, the care and compassion shown made a lasting impact. From the moment we arrived, the facility itself felt warm, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. It did not feel clinical or cold, but rather calm and welcoming. This place clearly intended to provide dignity, comfort, and quiet during end-of-life care. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable, offering both patients and their visitors a sense of privacy and reassurance during emotionally heavy moments. What truly sets this facility apart, however, is the staff. Every nurse, caregiver, and staff member we encountered was consistently kind, patient, and attentive. They treated my loved one with genuine respect and tenderness, and they extended that same compassion to our family. No question felt like an inconvenience, and every concern was met with understanding. Their ability to balance professionalism with heartfelt empathy made a significant difference during a time when emotions were overwhelming. Even though circumstances required us to move my loved one to another facility due to insurance coverage, we remain incredibly grateful for the care provided during that week. The transition was handled thoughtfully, and staff made sure we felt supported and informed throughout the process. While no hospice stay is ever easy, this facility provided a space where comfort, kindness, and dignity truly came first. Our family will always appreciate the peace and care they offered during one of the most challenging moments of our lives.

I lost the love of my life after 43 yrs. Linda was in the presence of angels who took care of her. An absolute clean facility with a main focus of love. I love you all at pillars and I will never forget what great care you provided to my Linda. Thank you. Linda passed away on Jan 7th 2020.

My mom was in Beyond Hospice's care for the last two months of her life. I cannot begin to thank them for the loving support they gave her and her family as we helped her depart this world. I can not express enough how amazing The Pillars was. From a top notch sweet, loving and compassinet staff all around. The most at peace my dad was in months. Beautiful facility and surroundings. Thank you from my family for your kindness in this sad time. This place is a god sent.
