They used to go above and beyond to help along the way to make an extremely difficult and stressful time as easy and affordable as possible. It is definitely not like that anymore they don’t care about families or if your child is unstable, multiple families including ours was told that our children weren’t sick enough and that it wasn’t there issue if we had no where to stay, we were all told to reapply only to be informed after we did that none of us who had a issue were allowed to stay there again. If I could give 0 stars I would they don’t care about families at all. Some of the staff is amazing and others including new management couldn’t care less what happens with your baby nor you.

Had my adult children volunteer by making Christmas cookies for the kids. Great experience. The staff was nice nice and friendly.

What a wonderful place. Was there and saw the inside which was very nice. The service it provides to families is great.

This place is amazing, it's a blessing to stay someplace other than the hospital while my child is in the Cardiovascular ICU. So far I've meen here 6 months and I needed a break from the hospital, a bathtub and a normal bed, after my stay at Ronald McDonald I felt like I could go for another 6 months at the hospital. (We don't know when we will be home)

We went here to stay while my son was in the hospital and they were booked so they sent us to a hotel call four Points by sheridian and it was amazing. Everyone one was so polite and in a great mood. The shower pressure was good with good lighting in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and clean. There was bis flat screen with clear TV. It had a microwave and icebox. There's a restaurant there and a bar and a gym. They gave us a pool view which was incredible. The pool was so amazing and relaxing!
