Mr. Esqueda is an incredible therapist, professional, understanding, and truly supportive throughout each session. He challenged me to step out of my comfort zone, which helped me grow in ways I never expected. I came to Rekindle Hope Counseling in search of a better fit for my journey to better mental health, and I found that with Mr. Esqueda. In him, I found someone who helped me expand my perspective on many situations and how I view myself. He gently challenged me to dig deeper with my self reflecting and to explore my feelings on things I just didn't allow myself to fully explore, but also respected my boundaries when I wasn't quite ready. The best thing he helped me with was recognizing toxic patterns I was following which was extremely helpful. Other than his fantastic style of counselling, he also provided scheduling that always worked for me, a calm atmosphere where I felt comfortable to open up, and a welcoming attitude that never made me feel like any topic was off the table. He was terrific, and I can not recommend him enough. The only reason I had to stop coming to Rekindle Hope was due to changes in my schedule, otherwise I would've gladly continued coming here. Nonetheless, I left Rekindle Hope with a healthier state of mind, new tools to combat unhealthy thinking, and a new hope for a better future.
