I cannot begin to say enough good things about the staff and services Vitas provides. Their care, attention to detail, and proactive involvement—especially near the end—helped ensure my mother’s passing was peaceful and without suffering and circumstances could have been very different. My sister and I would not have been able to do what we did (hospice at home) without the support and genuine care Vitas provided not just for our mother but for us as well. Highly recommended.

My husband and I would like to acknowledge our appreciation to each and every member of team 703 for the outstanding care of his mother and my mother in law. Starting with Kim, the registering RN, Monica, her daytime RN, Brittany, her daytime CNA, Nicole her nighttime RN, Barb, her weekend RN, Carrie her daytime, LPN, and Faour her end of care RN. The dedication, knowledge, and caring Surpassed our expectations. Stefanie the Social Worker and Darien the chaplain provided comfort and support at this difficult time in our lives. We were blessed and fortunate to have such a wonderful group of people to help us through to the very end. We also want to thank and acknowledge the staff at Vitas exceptional customer care when we called in each and every time.

Will forever be grateful for team 703 and the ways they cared for my father and for my family as we cared for him in the last days of his life. From the attention to his needs, pain, keeping him comfortable, to helping us caregivers with questions, concerns, and helping us prepare for loosing our dad. They went above and beyond reminding us of the good that we were doing, and that even through the hard times that we were living there was joy to experience. Thank you to the whole team, thank you to Vitas for having 24 hr care just a phone call away. Thank you to the nurses, the CNA’s, the social workers, the doctors on call. May the Lord bless each one of you abundantly for the work that you do.

We had an incredible positive experience with the hospice team while caring for my dad during such a difficult time. He was under Team 703, and every single person we encountered from that team showed genuine compassion, respect, and patience, not just toward him but toward me and our entire family as well. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was happening each step of the way, which helped ease a lot of my stress and fear. This was one of the hardest experience of my life, but their compassion and support made it more manageable. I'm incredible grateful for everything Team 703 did for my dad and for me and our family. I would highly recommend this hospice to anyone who wants their loved one cared for with dignity and genuine kindness.

Do not trust this company with your loved one for hospice! It has been nothing but disorganization and lack of answers or having a clear care plan. We call the office and they have none of the paperwork including power of attorney forms. We ask for answers about medical equipment and the delivery deadlines come and go. If you want to find yourself just constantly pissed off when you should be spending calm time with your loved one give this company a call. Edited for more content: my mom died tonight. The hospice was called and low and behold the same idiot that came out the first night my mom went to the nursing home for hospice that helped prompt my initial review, Stephanie I think, shows up and walks in her room saying where is she going? The insensitive insulting broad couldn’t be bothered to look up the funeral home I told Brian days early my mom would be going to. SO much confidence flowed through me I felt the need to reach out to the funeral home myself to make sure my mom’s arrangements were handled right. Right after my mom passed the nursing home staff that really functioned as her hospice asked me, “is this a new hospice company?” Thanks for nothing and letting me down to post death have to handle everything. Don’t work with this company!
