Heart to Heart Hospice House

This is long overdue. My mom needed Hospice a little over 5 years ago. The best choice at the time was for her to be in a Hospice facility. I still remember how caring the staff was. Her room was nice, not at all like a hospital room but not as fancy as a hotel room. It was very calm and as Home like as a they could make it. This is how we should care for all of our loved ones at the end of their life. I definitely remember a sense of calmness, of knowing she was peaceful in those final days. Thank you Heart to Heart for your care.

They were great for my sister & for me too, kind, listen to us, Let me shower there since I did not want to leave my Sister. Gentle spirits genuine in their care.

So, my when my mother decided that it was time, Heart to Heart sent a representative to talk to her at the hospital. They were extremely polite and informative. Everyone of the staff that was working with my mother was extremely professional and courteous. There was a pastor there, who came and prayed with myself and over her as well. I would honestly recommend this facility for anyone who has to make the decision. When mom did pass, they were quick to notify me when it occurred.

my grandma was in their care for several weeks and they were absolutely fantastic with her. she was such a character and loved to talk to people and the nurses would sit with her and listen to her stories, highly highly recommend for family absolutely 10/10 care 24/7

I was with heart to heart for many years. Roughly 3. I started with another company and was referred to them by a social worker that specialized in senior care. My mom had stroke related dementia. The nurse was extremely helpful at the beginning when I was completely lost. Heart to heart was the only company that understood my mom’s unique situation towards the end when most other companies would have taken her off hospice. I got frustrated with the equipment and bath situation and switched to another company shortly in between which made me appreciate heart to heart even more. The nurses are very good, very gentle with the patient and very accommodating to how you want to take care of your family member. I wanted my mom to not be drugged up all the time and chose to do mostly homeopathic and partial western medicine. I would recommend this company to anyone who was in my situation in a heart beat. Even after my mom passed heart to heart has been sentimental towards my grieving process and helped me through the loss of her. Below are pictures of her from start to almost finish.
