With Grace Hospice and Palliative Care

I'm writing from the perspective of a caregiver for the spouse of the person who was in hospice with With Grace. I had the privilege of being with a family With Grace helped last year. The family wanted a Christian hospice, with a nurse who spoke their language. The nurse was incredible with both the patient and the family, coming in the middle of the night at times. She was calm, decisive, and made it possible for everyone to be at peace with the process. Highly recommend this firm.

So our family has had the opportunity to work with, With Grace, on two separate occasions. My aunt went under their care at the end of 2024, and was on hospice for 3 months before passing. They were caring and compassionate and spent the necessary time needed to answer any questions or to just put my uncles mind at ease that she was being looked after. Colby was exceptional at gently talking with him and explaining her decline. Fast forwarding to this past week, my uncle who started off 2026, in the hospital with some unexpected issues, declined quickly. After 12 days he came home on hospice and our logical choice was to use With Grace once again. We were blessed by the staff, but Colby in particular. She checked in on him daily and would gently talk with him and play calm music for him during her visits. When he became non-responsive she would continue to check in on him to monitor each stage and to make sure that he was comfortable. I appreciated her communication with me, our caregiver, and her amazing and calm approach. Each step of the process and engagement with their staff with both my aunt and my uncle, were exceptional.

I started working with Grace, With Grace Hospice over a year ago. I referred clients to them, and in some cases clients were working with Dr. Masada directly, who also owns With Grace Hospice. Little did I know that I would eventually be working with them directly for one of my own family members who required hospice care. During what was one of the most difficult times for our family, the entire team was incredibly loving, hands-on, and proactive. They communicated clearly, anticipated our needs, and worked seamlessly with our family to ensure comfort, dignity, and peace. Their compassion was evident not only in their medical care, but in the genuine kindness and respect they showed to both our loved one and to us. I am deeply grateful for the support they provided and can confidently say that With Grace Hospice and Dr. Masada’s team truly go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking hospice care for their loved one.

The With Grace Hospice team is such a blessing to my family. They cared for my Dad who was very weak from a severe case of pneumonia and congestive heart failure. Through the loving care of the team and my Dad’s determination, he rebounded and graduated from hospice after 6 months. When my mom needed hospice care, several months later, the With Grace Hospice team already felt like family and I had complete peace to have them care for my mom and also my Dad again in his final months of life. I was so encouraged by Dr. Masada’s wisdom and compassionate care not only for my parents, but also his heart to support me through difficult decisions. Rita, Melesia, and all the on-call hospice nurses have gone the extra-mile to care for and encourage my parents. The hospice aides faithfully came 5 days a week to help bathe and dress my parents. They were excellent at communicating any concerns to the hospice nurse. Maggie, Chaplain Kiem, Grace, and volunteers blessed my parents with visits, music, conversation, and care. The office staff fielded calls and coordinated logistics efficiently and with kindnesses. I continue to give thanks to God for With Grace hospice guiding us through this difficult season of life. They helped us to treasure and enjoy each day with my parents as we worked together to make them comfortable and to fill their final days with joy.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about With Grace Hospice. From the moment I connected with them, their team provided the most compassionate and professional care for my mother. They took the time to explain every step of the process, offering guidance, comfort, and unwavering support during one of the most difficult times for our family. The nurse Rita and caregivers were not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and patient. They treated my mother with dignity and respect, ensuring her comfort at all times.
