This was my first time going there inquiring about donating my child's gently used size 3T and 4T clothing. The lady was very rude, didn't like how I parked my car, started opening my car doors like it was her own, and going through the stuff before I could tell her what I had. She then started wagging her finger at me saying "no, no, no, you have a mixture of stuff, we don't take that stuff." Very rude. If she had waited, I would have told her the bag she opened had some other stuff I was going to donate elsewhere. I had another bag had baby blankets, clean toddler clothes and jackets. But she didn't want to hear it. When I asked her what DO they accept, she said baby clothes, even though the front desk lady had said up to size 16 for middle school kids. I won't be returning there to donate anything. First and last time. I'll continue going to other organizations I've donated to in the past, Agape and Seth's Wish.

I see a lot of foreigners go there. But one question, where's the meat? And do they pick through the merchandise before giving it to the public. I went to this place on Murk that gives out food once a month. And I've seen for myself, people that bring the food in, take what they want. And then the volunteers take what they want and than they put product in grocery bags and give it to the public, but they take cases of product. I stop going there because what they do isn't godly or right. I believe none of these places that's giving out food to the public is worrying about food stamps or food.

There was a line and no direction regarding what to do or whom to speak with...everyone received the same pantry items regardless of family size. 6 cans of veggies, 2 of each totalling 6 cans and 2 boxes of instant mashed pots...one can of fruit...NO clothing or even prayer no carbs, protein or sweets given or asked if needed. We did receive however 12 individual packages of raisins for 2 and 3 year old children.
I understand that this is a pantry however if your grandmother can't eat it how are you supposed to feed children?
Diapers are given if available but no wipes, clothing or hygiene items...it US a question asked if needed on application. Happy Thursday is what I was wished.
