I ordered a bouquet for mother's day and my mom couldn't stop talking about how stunning the flowers were. When an issue popped up, Marina was willing to resolve with the utmost kindness and professionalism. The quality of flowers/artistic nuance in addition to the great customer service makes this a wonderful business to support.

I think what upsets me most is that most of the time, I have no idea what the flowers I order look like, because they’re delivered and I get a thank you, and that’s all. But it just so happens I had this Mother’s Day bouquet delivered to my home in Saturday so that I could hand deliver it on Sunday. And it’s really disappointing to find out that what I got and what I thought I had paid for were very different. Sure, my friend would have never known what I paid and what it was supposed to look like. But for over $200, I was shocked to find that the bouquet, advertised to have anemones, ranunculus, and garden roses, to have just 1 sad looking anemone, 2 ranunculus, and several carnations (at least 4, which were definitely not advertised) and lots of little daisies. There were a ton of lisianthus, which was included in the description and are pretty but inexpensive. Overall really underwhelming for the price point. Seriously - carnations in a $200 bouquet?! And I can tell the anemone is barely hanging on, won’t even last until Mother’s Day and the ranunculus are probably not going to make it either. I would have been better off going to Whole Foods. I would never order delivery again. I would hope their in person / special order and wedding selection is a different and more honest experience.

I had a wonderful experience ordering from this flower shop. The bouquet turned out absolutely beautiful! The colors were soft, elegant, and perfectly arranged. The flowers looked fresh and high quality, and the wrapping made the whole bouquet feel very special. It was even prettier in person than I expected. I’m really happy with my order and would definitely recommend this shop!

Malina Flowers does not disappoint. I've ordered multiple bouquets from them for my girlfriend, and each one has been beautifully arranged and delivered on time, and the team has always been very kind and helpful if I call in with any questions. If you're looking for flowers in Austin, I can't recommend them enough.
