This place is an embarrassment to all Catholic services everyware the place is dirty the ladies that work there are so unfriendly. It seems like they don't want you there .I went there on July 29 to see if I could could some help I was stoped at the door .This was the most unfriendly place I've ever seen .And I ask myself is how servants of God act .This exactly the reason don't go to church.I am Catholic and I do fear God.

Words cannot express how truly blessed I feel to have been provided the assistance that I have been given through the Catholic Charities organization, San Bernardino. Upon the encouragement of my mother to attend orientation to see if I was qualified for utilities assistance, I attended a 3 hr. class led by Mrs. Raquel Welsh. Being disabled and working a part time business from home online I was unsure if I would even be eligible for any of the services provided. After the class ended, I provided my information to Araceli who forwarded my paperwork to be processed. The entire staff was extremely helpful and I was pleasantly surprised to hear of the amount of services offered through the Catholic Charities organization. Raquel did a phenomenal job explaining each and every offering in a thorough but very humorous way, keeping us all engaged throughout the lengthy class. I have to say that the information provided was better received with the way in which Mrs. Welsh conducted the orientation. Even though it was a lengthy class, the time went by fast. These have been very trying times for many families so, if you find yourself in need of utility, rental or food assistance please contact Catholic Charities. And, if you are blessed enough to have Raquel as your your class facilitator, you are double Blessed.
