Recipients received their flowers one day before the requested delivery date. The requested delivered date was the deceased birthday and you all ruined the surprise without notifying me first to even offer me an alternative. I understand it is holiday season, but fix your " delivery calendar " to reflect the days you don't deliver on. I would have been happy to pick them up in person. But you all chose to do it yourselves without calling me.

I was planning a rehearsal dinner from over 500 miles away. Great communication through email and flowers were amazing.

My brother passed suddenly and this florist was highly recommend by church angels funeral home so I chose them. The flowers were beautiful and really made his funeral nice. It was also very comforting to have such beautiful flowers to arrange around his urn when we brought him home. I highly recommend Northside florist.

Finding marigolds on Day of the Dead is almost impossible. I called this location, not only did she answer right away. But when I told her I was on the way she started getting them ready for me. I got there, she wrapped them and I was on my way. Good prices also! I definitely recommend this place for your next purchase on flowers!

I went with North Side Florist for my wedding. First, they were so kind and worked with my budget. Second, they went above and beyond to make sure I had the floral of my dreams. Third, they were very responsive and great at time management with the delivery of all flowers. My wedding bouquet was everything I dreamed of, the sweetheart table centerpiece was perfection, the centerpieces were very beautiful, and my bridesmaids's bouquets were gorgeous AND my bridesmaids continued to compliment their bouquets even after the wedding!!!
